      赣州江钨钨合金有限公司成立于2002年3月，是由江西钨业集团有限公司控股的一家钨铁生产企业和国内外最大的钨铁供应商。公司地处赣州市赣县梅林镇，连接京九铁路，赣粤、昆厦高速公路，交通条件十分便利。

    公司拥有一台功率为3080KVA的钨铁冶炼电炉，整个生产过程由计算机控制，采用先进的取铁法钨铁生产工艺，年生产钨铁能力为6000吨。 产品主要出口日本、俄罗斯、斯洛文尼亚、法国、巴西、韩国、台湾等国家和地区。

 江西钨业集团有限公司是中国最大的钨精矿生产企业，下属江西8大矿山，占目前中国钨精矿生产量的1/4以上。控股股东优质、充足的钨精矿资源是公司最大优势之一。

    公司建有一个设备齐全，技术力量较强的分析化验检测中心。拥有完整的质量保证体系，以保证对产品生产的全过程进行监控，并于2005年9月通过ISO9001：2000标准质量体系认证，2006年11月通过了ISO14001：2004环境管理体系认证，2007年9月，公司生产的虔锋牌钨铁被授予江西省名牌产品称号。

Company Introduction

     Ganzhou Jiangwu Ferrotungsten Co.,Ltd.，founded in March, 2002, is a professional ferrotungsten producing enterprise, as well as the biggest one in China. The company lies in Meilin town, Ganxian county ,Ganzhou city, Jiangxi province, which is conveniently situated next to the Jingjiu railway station, Ganyue and Xiakun freeway.

The company owns an electrical furnace in metallurgical industry, whose producing process is totally controlled by computer. By using the advanced manufacturing technique of extraction treatment of iron, the annual output can reach 6000 tons, most of which are exported to the regions or countries as Japan, Russia, Slovenia, France, Brazil, Korea, Taiwan.

It holding company is Jiangxi Tungsten Industry Group Co. Ltd, the output of tungsten concentrate of whose eight major subordinate mines accounts for more than a quarter of that of China. The two greatest advantages of our company are excellent holding company and sufficient supplies of row materials.

There is a well equipped and technically strong inspection center in the company to supervise the whole producing process with the help of the complete quality assurance system. The company was certificated by the system of quality certification-ISO09001:2000 in Sept. 2005, and by the system of environmental quality certification-ISO14001:2004 in Aug. 2006. 我们对于在刚果及周边国家冲突地区开采的钨原料可能进入钨冶炼行业的供应链，并且来自这种非法开采的利润会直接或间接资助或有益于冲突地区的武装组织的说法非常严肃。赣州江钨钨合金有限公司非冲突矿物政策就是为了确保我公司采购的含钨原料没有来自冲突地区。

赣州江钨钨合金有限公司要求我们的供应商按照合理合法的贸易标准与我公司进行贸易往来，不从非洲冲突地区采购原料，只从对环境和社会负责任的供应商采购原料。为了达到这个目的，赣州江钨钨合金有限公司作出以下承诺：

1、承诺我公司的供应链会保持尽职，要求我们的供应商提供必要的来源信息，以支持独立的非冲突矿物冶炼厂项目的第三方审计。

2、承诺一旦确认有供应商采购的原料直接或间接资助或有益于刚果或周边国家的武装组织，我公司将依据经合组织尽职指引及声明的要求，中止与该供应商的贸易。

With the enterprise target of “developing harmoniously with the times to become the tungsten industry enterprise which is advanced in China and first class in the world”, Ganzhou Jiangwu Ferrotungsten Co., Ltd.is very strict with enterprise management. We are ISO9001:2008 certified in quality management, ISO14001:2004 certified in environment management and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified in HSE. The Conflict Free Policy announced by our company further proves we are an environmentally and socially responsible company.

Ganzhou Jiangwu Ferrotungsten Co., Ltd. takes very serious the allegations that tungsten mined in the DRC and adjoining countries conflict area may be making their way into the tungsten smelting supply chain; and profits from this illegal mining may directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups from conflict-affected regions. Ganzhou Jiangwu Ferrotungsten Co., Ltd. Conflict Free Policy is to ensure that raw materials containing tungsten we purchased do not originate from any conflict areas.

Ganzhou Jiangwu Ferrotungsten Co., Ltd.  requests our suppliers to conduct business with us according to ethical and legal business standards, not to source material from African conflict area and to only source materials from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers. In order to achieve this goal, Ganzhou Jiangwu Ferrotungsten Co., Ltd. makes following commitment.

–1. Commitment to supply-chain due diligence and require our suppliers to provide necessary sourcing information to support independent CFS 3rd party audit.

–2. Commitment to follow OECD Due Diligence Guidance including statement to discontinue business with any supplier confirmed to be purchasing materials which directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries
